Ferrero wins a difficult match against Almagro by 7-5 7-6

Once more,Juan Carlos Ferrero played really good to win a tough player like Almagro, who played really aggresive and played lots of powerful shots, but JC´s mentality was much better than Nico´s and finally Juan Carlos won a very interesting match.Throughout both sets,Juan Carlos served really good (9 aces) and he won most of the important points (he saved 8 break points and only let Nico break his serve once).

At the start of the first set, everything was really equal but Almagro was the one who had the first break point, which Ferrero saved.Throughout all the set,we could see that Almagro tried to move Juan Carlos, but JC dindt get trapped in this strategy and he hitted the ball as near to the baseline he could,to avoid that Almagro had easy shots.Following this strategy, when everything looked as if the set was going to be decided in the tie break,Almagro´s head went off and he started to do some unforced errors, which JC takes advantage of and he finally won the first set by 7-5.

In the second set,Juan Carlos started really good, winning his first service to love and then having an advantage of 00-30,but Almagro woked up and he finally won his serve and put Ferrero in a lot of pressure in his second serve of the second set, where he finally won a break point, meaning that he was leading the set by 1-2*.Almagro won his next serve really easily and Ferrero looked as if he was giving away this set,but once more, his mentality change into a winner mentality and in the precise moment of the set,in the last chance he had (4-5*),he started playing really good and got a break which was really important,as he saved the second set and faced the last part of thi set with more confidence. Both players won their serves, although not easily,as Ferrero had to save about six cahnces of break that Almagro had.In the start of the tie break, everything went really good,as JC was leading by 2*-1.It was really clear to see that Ferrero played much better the tie break than Nico,as he played in a secure way, avoiding doing an unforced error, which was completely the opposite to Nico, who played all along the tie break with really powerful shots, but more than half of them hitted the net. Finally,Juan Carlos won the TB by 7-3 and the set by 7-6.

It was really good to see so much people supporting JC,with posters, photos, spanish flags....
